When can I schedule a facial?

Cloud 9 Skin Care offers daytime appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday & Saturday. You can view my available appointments by clicking on the booknow button. I am closed Sundays & Mondays.

How often should I get a facial?

Skin regenerates itself every 30 days. Facials help the skin to look it’s best by exfoliating and removing the environmental impurities from the top layer of the skin (epidermis). Balancing your moisture level & massage will improve your skin’s tone and leave you with vibrant, healthy skin.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, I book by appointment only. It is best to book 2 weeks prior in order to get the appointment that works best for your schedule.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

 I ask for a 24 hour notice if the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment arises. 50% of the services booked will be charged to you if you cancel or reschedule with less than a 24 hour notice. No-shows will be billed for the full amount of services booked.

What form of payment do you accept?

I accept cash, checks and credit cards - Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.

What should I wear for a facial?

Please come dressed for comfort. For women, I provide a strapless terry gown to wear. Men are just asked to remove their shirt. Please remember there are oils and creams used during most treatments, so do not wear anything that might be subject to damage from these natural products.

What will my hair look like after a facial?

A scalp massage is included in most facials, and your hair is pulled back with a headband. Your hair may be somewhat mussed and may contain a little oil.

Should I shave before my facial?

It is suggested that men shave 2-4 hours before their treatment in order to prevent over stimulation of the hair follicles. It is not required that women shave their legs for their foot massage. It doesn’t bother me at all!

Do I need to remove my contacts before a treatment?

Contacts must be removed for a lash tinting treatment. It is not necessary for a facial, although I do like to know you are wearing them.

I do! Cloud 9 Gift Certificates make a wonderful gift for any occasion. You are welcome to pre order by email or phone ahead of time so that I can have one ready for you.
